In one line
A monthly seat charge per user on the Standard or Premium plan.
What gets missed
Seats bill on provisioned users, not active ones, so dormant accounts keep charging. Guests are free only up to an allowance per paid seat, two on Standard and five on Premium; every guest past that bills as an add-on.
Find it on your bill
Filter Cost Explorer or your Cost and Usage Report by these usage types. A usage type with no region prefix means us-east-1.
