What gets missed
An active V1 pipeline means one over 30 days old that had at least one change run through it that month, so a genuinely idle pipeline bills nothing. V2 drops that rule and meters action minutes instead.

Filter Cost Explorer or your Cost and Usage Report by these usage types. A usage type with no region prefix means us-east-1.
