ひとことで言うと
Free to build and test; you pay per hour of end-user session time on published applications.
見落とすところ
The meter is session-hours, not named users, so somebody who leaves the app open all day costs more than a heavy user who closes the tab. Building and testing stay free, which hides the cost until launch.
請求書での探し方
