見落とすところ
Free only holds for tasks on your own EC2 or on Fargate. ECS Anywhere bills per registered on-premises instance-hour, and ECS Managed Instances add a per-instance management fee on top of the EC2 rate.

Cost Explorer や CUR をこの usage type で絞り込む。リージョン接頭辞がないものは us-east-1 を指す。
