ひとことで言うと

Per sampling hour: one profiler agent running on one instance or container for one hour.

見落とすところ

The meter is agent uptime, not findings, so a profiling group left enabled across a fleet keeps billing. Charges stop above a monthly hour cap per profiling group. CodeGuru Reviewer takes no new repositories.
