What gets missed
Warm-storage restores are free for EBS, RDS, Aurora and Redshift snapshots, but billed per GB for EFS, DynamoDB, S3 and all cold restores. Cold points carry a 90-day minimum; delete early and you pay the balance.

Filter Cost Explorer or your Cost and Usage Report by these usage types. A usage type with no region prefix means us-east-1.
