ひとことで言うと

An AWS Marketplace subscription for Oracle-run Exadata infrastructure, with rates set by Oracle.

見落とすところ

The bulk of the cost arrives under AWS Marketplace on your invoice, not as an ordinary service line. Only the zero-ETL side is AWS-metered, and change data capture transfer costs far more per GB than the initial load.
