The free tier of ACM covers non-exportable public certs bound to integrated AWS services. Exportable and ACME certs bill per domain name at issuance and at every renewal, wildcards far higher than plain names.

請求書での探し方

Cost Explorer や CUR をこの usage type で絞り込む。リージョン接頭辞がないものは us-east-1 を指す。
