見落とすところ
StopServer pauses nothing. AWS bills from endpoint creation until deletion, once per protocol enabled, so a single server speaking SFTP, FTPS and FTP carries three hourly charges.

Cost Explorer や CUR をこの usage type で絞り込む。リージョン接頭辞がないものは us-east-1 を指す。
