見落とすところ
One of three dimensions wins each hour: new flows, peak concurrent flows or processed bytes. Concurrent flows are sampled every minute, so idle-but-open connections bill even with almost no traffic.

Cost Explorer や CUR をこの usage type で絞り込む。リージョン接頭辞がないものは us-east-1 を指す。
