ひとことで言うと

A per-worker-hour fee on top of the EC2 and EBS you render on, plus per-license-hour for apps.

見落とすところ

Usage-based licensing meters per hour per application, so one job touching Maya, Arnold and Nuke stacks three license lines onto the instance hour. Customer-managed fleets bill connected workers, not busy ones.
