見落とすところ
The association fee bills round the clock with nobody connected, once for each associated subnet. Client VPN also consumes public IPv4 addresses, charged at the standard hourly rate on top.

Cost Explorer や CUR をこの usage type で絞り込む。リージョン接頭辞がないものは us-east-1 を指す。
